Too much of a good thing at Duke University in North Carolina! It looks like so many students snatched up one of those shiny new iPhones that it's bogging down their wi-fi network! One of the cool features of the iPhone is that it can use wi-fi, much like a laptop computer. Networkworld.com is reporting that so many Duke students are using their iPhones that it's actually knocking out up to 30 of their wireless access points at one time. Techies at Duke are trying to figure out where the problem lies? It may be with the wireless access points but it could also be a problem with the iPhone making too many requests to the APs. I'm sure this won't be the last report of iPhones causing problems with wi-fi networks. Stay tuned.| Member Comments | Total Comments: 3 |

I'm a reporter and anchor at Fox 13 News. You'll see me bright and early on Good Day Utah and Fox 13 News at 11. My wife and I moved to Utah from Michigan, our families are in Ohio. We're excited to be out west and can't wait to spend some time exploring the outdoors. We just added a new Yuhnke to the world! Graham Roman Yuhnke was born July 12th! It's been an awesome time for Katie and I.
