It's the newest natural weight loss supplement on the market, and it's all the rave. Heard about Dex C20? You might remember the story about the diet pill, which we aired back in March. One of our Fox affiliates did the story. We got phone calls, emails...asking us where *you* could get it. Every GNC store I called shortly after the story hit the airwaves, was sold out of Dex C20. So, naturally we decided to look into this diet drug.

The main ingredient is Caralluma Fimbriata, which is a cactus plant found in India. Could this be the *one*? Hoodia was all the buzz when it came out. What about Caralluma? What makes it so different?

And who is this doctor endorsing the product?  He's been jetsetting across the country talking on various T.V. stations about Dex C20 and how great it is. We tracked him down out of state and asked him about his intentions.

Plus, what about this clinical study he kept talking about that he says proves this product works?

And does Dex C20 work? One woman agreed to use the diet pill for 30 days. We have her before and after.

I don't want to go too much in detail about Dex C20, but you might wonder what makes this diet pill any different from all the other products. I want you to tune in tonight at 9 when the story airs in two parts. After you're done watching it, blog me about it!

Here is my new diet scheme...

Take my "Empty Placebo Pill" three times daily with diet and exercise for three months and watch the extra pounds disappear!

My Empty Placebo Pill only costs $20.00 for a month supply!!!

All diet junk says with diet and exercise... So call me a fool but couldn't you just skip the crap and just diet and exercise?

A new week a new diet pill. The new fad of the new America, diet in a pill instead of eating right and excersising. Has this country become so obsessed with superficial looks, and doing nothing and getting the returns of working hard. The only diet that works without eating right and excersising is called the CRACK DIET and you can get your supply at pioneer park.

My wife and I tried it, and we found no real results. I think most pills are all hype.

I've been on the "Pepsi and donut" diet for years now and have seen NO results. I can't tell you how disappointed I am!

Exercise, eat right...
does anybody else find it difficult to do that?
Thanks for watching my piece, and for sharing your thoughts!

One summer, when I was particularly poor, I subsisted almost entirely on rice and broccoli. I was a lean dude at the end of that summer. Some said too lean. I called it the poverty diet. It’s still the best diet I’ve ever been on, at least from a weight loss perspective.

Exercise and Eating right...

To eat right 100% of the time... Not necessary in my opinion. Shoot swinging it 50/50 will make you healthier!

As far as exercising goes... You don't have to pump Iron to exercise. If you move, your exercising in my book... Besides I think the goal is to remain limber and semi-strong into old age. I pick exercises that match as close to natural body movements as possible. Grab that can from the top shelf. One, Two, Three...
Walla your preparing your muscles and joints for old age...

Walking, Stretching, Yoga, Tai-Chi, pallaties (not sure on spelling buy you catch my drift!) These are excellent exercises you can work into your busy daily schedule. Exercising is work, it will make you sore, tired... but even chillen on the couch for 12 hours straight will exhaust you so might as well be getting some benefits for your efforts...

Peace... Thats my two yen on the matter anyway.

There's no such thing as a magic pill that makes you lose weight without doing anything. As akiame pointed out, all these weight loss pills tell you to diet and exercise in addition to taking the pill, and I can pretty much guarantee that it's the dieting and exercising that's causing any weight loss to occur, not the pill. Plus, most of these weight loss pills can have some really awful, potentially harmful, side effects. So my opinion: do what's best for your body. Watch your diet, eat more fiber, fruits and veggies, pay attention to the QUANTITY of your food intake as well as the QUALITY, exercise frequently (which does suck, no doubt about it), and have realistic expectations for yourself. Those size negative-4 supermodels we see are freaks of nature, not what everyone is supposed to look like.

Nurselani...exactly. We need to be realistic. For the first time in America's Next Top Model history, a "plus size" model won.
Since when was size 10 plus size?
