Is it just me or has the world done a 180 degree turn?
Remember the days when not even married couples slept together on TV? Now there are not many married couples on TV and everyone is sleeping with whomever and whatever!
Remember when Boy Scouts were the doer's of good deeds? Now they are considered a hate group because of their stance on gay leadership. I am as hetro as it gets. Yet I would never expect any one to allow me to take their teenage girls on an overnighter. Now, before you jump me about the whole pedophile deal get this straight. I am not talking little kids , I am talking teenagers. If any of you hetro guys out there have never seen a seventeen/eighteen year old girl that has not atleast made you say whoa! I would have to call BS.
Remember when saying prayer in public schools was common place? Saying the pledge of alligence was expected? Standing for the national anthem and putting your hand over heart was a matter of national pride?
Remember when teachers violating their position of trust with student was unheard of (sex with students or abuse)?
Remember when kids never shot other kids? (at school or elswhere)
Remember when politcians avoided scandal because it would end there career?
Remember when honesty and integrity where virtues to be cherished?
Has anyone besides me noticed that our safety itself has followed a parallel line with the decline in morals?
It has been my experiance that whenever a team is struggling with there game the only way out of the slump is to get back to bascis! Your thoughts!
