The West Valley Yard Gestapo!!!

There is a insidious monster lurking in the darkness, patiently waiting to steal your property value right out from under your feet. It's not rampant Gang Crime in the community or bad location that makes your home less lustrous and desirable it is your neighbors shoddy landscaping techniques!

If your neighbors lawn is too: long, dry, full of garbage or weeds and you think that's draining the value out of your beautiful home? Have no fear the Lawn Patrol is here to protect your assets by ticketing those pesky unkept neighbors untill the comply with societies ever changing conformist fads...

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and Society has deemed that Ugly Landscaping is a drain on property value. Therefor Ugly people must be a drain on societies overall value? Maybe we should expand the yard nazis jurisdiction and let them start writing uggly people tickets for devaluing society by being too: fat, skinny, bald, harry, stinky, or zitty... Ticket people for those big: ears, noose, forehead, adams apple, and that huge booty because they are "eyesores" and devalue society's image as a whole. Maybe by ticketing the uggo's it would force them to get some cosmetic surgery and then they could become one of the beautiful ones, because Obviously everyone knows that beauty equals; good, correct, right, next to godliness right... Who ever knew of an pretty criminal?

When did Americans become so superficial and shallow? Or have we always been that way? There is a big difference between someone keeping a dangerous junk yard on their lawn as opposed to them not keeping the grass at, no more or no less than, 2.2 inches.  It seems to me there is a problem with societies values and not the physical thing society is determining the value of...

 This is Without even mentioning the word "THEIR", as in meaning not yours! If YOU want to pay "their" $150,000 house payment then YOU can tell THEM how to keep "their" property! Their Liberty  to decide how to landscape their property yet Americans decide it's their liberty to choose how someone else lives and keeps their lawn. A civilized society should and would only override the liberty on another ONLY if it is causing harm to themselves or another, yet we now commonly override personal liberty based upon anothers personal preferences... Classic American Double Standards!!!

Maybe it's just West Vally's way of attaining extra tax revenue for lining their ever deepening pockets? If it where truly that their just helping out why not have the ticket writer get his lazy butt out of the car and grab a rake and get to work? Because the truth is COMPASSION is not the reason!!!

What ever the reasoning it just seems wrong to micromanage someone else's property because society has serous mental issue's with ugliness!!! In one breath Society says to embrace your physical shortcomings (Zits, Big Nose, Ears and Butt) then in the next breath attaches physical value to how something looks... You can't have your cake and eat it too! Pick one and stick with it... Either physical appearance is value or it is not, quit changing the rules like a kindergarten child playing tag on the playground... (The Slide is safe for them but when you touch it it is no longer safe...) 

Society: Be consistent for once!!!

Home Invasion... Security forever Shattered!!! 
How can our society provide security, for our country, from terrorists if we can't even prevent terror inflicting home invaders?

Your Home is your Castle... Your Fortified sanctuary amid the turbulent chaotic world... That is until multiple armed robbers kick in your front door! The sanctuary or you secure castle forever shattered in a matter of seconds...

There seems to be a lot of home invasions today. People "should"  be secure in their own homes. Society would fight tooth and nail to repel terrorist invaders storming American soil, Why doesn't society do more to fight against the individual's home invader, they use terrorist tactics and force their way upon the homeowners soil...

Home invasions effect all of us, not just those being violated at the time... Invaders threaten the sanctuary and security of everyone's homes in a civilized society! These thugs violate someone, get away with it, then they repeat the process!!! It could have been your neighbor the first time, the next time it could be you! Everyone needs to stand up for themselves, and stand up for your fellow citizens. I take it personally when a crime effects a complete stranger, simply because that easily could have been me or my wife if I had been in the wrong place at the wrong time... We shouldn't have to be afraid that some thug criminal might just decide to take our life away one night just because they feel like it, or feel like taking what we have worked so hard to earn... If we stand together, we could repel terrorist invaders seeking to force control upon our country so too could we repel terror inflicting home invaders!!!

All of those belonging to a civilized society should band together and fight those that threaten the peace and tranquility of our society and stand by those individuals that defend and protect their fellow man from the thug monsters stalking thought the darkness... Most criminals will only act if they "think" they can get away with it, how have we (as a society) let them think they can just violate whomever they feel like? You, me,  neighbors, or even the complete stranger? We are all here together trying to make our way in this chaotic world... Lets start acting like it... Together we can send these criminal thugs a message: It is not that easy, you can't just take what is not yours, you will be brought to justice!!!

Some Questions I have:

  1. What makes people think it is "ok" to kick you door in and storm into your home with weapons drawn to rape or rob or kill you and your family?
  2. Can you LEGALLY protect / defend your family or does the Law protect home invaders?
  3. What force can you LEGALLY repel home invaders with?
  4. What are some extra Security measures you can take to improve security? It seems pointless to lock you door if someone could just decide that if they really want in they could just kick you door down. A unlocked door: some one wants in so they open it and walk through. A Locked door: someone wants in so they try to open it to no avail, so they force it open... So a Locked door only stops those that wouldn't enter anyway or what?
  5. Something needs to be done!!! What can we do to prevent this type of violation from happening to our fellow country men / women? As a civilized society every law abiding citizen needs to watch out for each other... We are Americans... We are United... We are Strong: Life, Liberty and Happiness for all!!!

Torture
Does the United States Condone Torture?

Recently I hear that the U.S.A does Torture suspects then in the next breath Government officials say that the U.S.A. Does NOT torture suspects... I suppose the truth depends on who you ask and what they may or may not tell you. So perhaps these Governmental officials need a little lesson in English and the definition of torture...

Torture (Noun- Person, Place, Thing)
  1. The deliberate, systematic, or wanton infliction of physical or mental suffering by one or more persons in an attempt to force another person to yield information or to make a confession or for any other reason.
  2. Extreme mental distress.
  3. Unbearable physical pain.
  4. Intense feelings of suffering; acute mental or physical pain.

Torture (Verb- Action Word)
  1. Torment emotionally or mentally.
  2. Subject to torture.

The use of Torture tactics is despicable violation of human rights, and a grotesque practice of evil! The definition of torture clearly states the infliction of physical or mental suffering upon another person is torture. The Attorney General will not say whether the use of Waterboarding is illegal because it is not noted in the C.I.A. interrogation practices... Interesting that even though that particular tactic is not outlined in the C.I.A. interrogation tactics Waterboarding has been used on multiple suspects... I suppose that is why it depends on who you ask as to what answer you might find.


All that I want is for someone to give me a straight forward answer, not the Typical American Beat around the Bush half truth JUST the Honest Truth!

  1. Why did some United States Governmental Officials seek for C.I.A. Torture Exemptions? (One of them from Utah)
  2. What Torture Tactics are Acceptable?
  3. Why are there so many different answers as to the U.S. condoning torture?
  4. Is Washbording Torture?
  5. How much Physical or mental suffering is acceptable to inflict?
  6. If Torture is not condoned, why have people been tortured?
  7. Why did the C.I.A. DESTROY interrogation tapes?
  8. Isn't it a bad idea to destroy evidence if it clears you of wrong doing?
  9. When Our Elected Leaders constantly Lie and mis-inform the public on every issue, how do they expect me to believe them when they say "The U.S. Does not Torture..." A couple of years ago Mrs. Rice said that the United States doesn't have any secret overseas prisons. Well come to find out the truth that WE DO!!!
  10. So My last question is what else does the U.S. do that we say we don't do?

Fine Print: Shady practices for shady businesses...

Fine Print is a breeding ground for misinformation and should be made Illegal for business contracts!

Hiding the Truth within the fine print or a garble of technical language is common practice in todays Business World.  The Hidden truth is that you are getting screwed out of your hard earned money in a metaphorical way. Thieves have moved out of the streets and are now robbing you from behind the cold stone walls of technical Legality...

Companies that can't say it with BIG BOLD LETTERS are probably trying to pull the wool over your eyes and sneak some thing past you. Why would a business attempt to sneak something past your attention if it is good for you. Well they wouldn't  if it wasn't crooked or a sneaky attempt to steal from you in a legal way... Consumers have a right to full disclosure of ALL elements of a business transaction. Disclosing information camouflaged in a cough or whispered under your breath is not acceptable so why is fine print.  Every single meaning / stipulation of a contract should have to be disclosed without  the slightest bit of ambiguity in order to be lawful...

As a Civilized Society we need to Illegalize Fine print!!! Government too often caters to Big Business and continually makes excuses for the blatant pillaging of the Hard working American Consumer!!! Big Business makes Government a lot of Money so there is now way that our government will watch the consumers back!

It is NOW time for the Consumer to watch their own back and demand Business Practice Reform by DEMANDING that Shady Business Practices be placed where they belong, in the Darkened shroud of being AGAINST THE LAW!!!

8th Amendment
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted.

  • Pain- 1- A symptom of some physical hurt or disorder. 2- Emotional distress; a fundamental feeling that people try to avoid. 3- A somatic sensation of acute discomfort.
  • Suffering- 1- A state of acute pain. 2- Misery resulting from affliction. 3- Psychological suffering. 4- Feelings of mental or physical pain.
  • Unusual- 1- Not usual or common or ordinary. 2- Being definitely out of the ordinary and unexpected; slightly odd or even a bit weird. 3- Not commonly encountered.

This is another amendment that illuminates multiple points of interest....

  • Papers- 1- A material made of cellulose pulp derived mainly from wood or rags or certain grasses. 2- Writing that provides information.
  • Effects- 1- Property of a personal character that is portable but not used in business. 2- The central meaning or theme of a speech or literary work.
  • Unreasonable- 1- Not reasonable; not showing good judgment. 2- Beyond normal limits.
  • Search- 1- The activity of looking thoroughly in order to find something or someone. 2- An investigation seeking answers. 3- Try to locate or discover, or try to establish the existence of. 4- Subject to a search.
  • Seizure- 1- The act of forcibly dispossessing an owner of property. 2- The act of taking of a person by force. 3- The taking possession of something by legal process.
  • Warrants- 1- A writ from a court commanding police to perform specified acts. 2- Formal and explicit approval.
  • Probable Cause- 1- (law) evidence sufficient to warrant an arrest or search and seizure.
  • Oath- 1- A commitment to tell the truth (especially in a court of law); to lie under oath is to become subject to prosecution for perjury
  • Affirmation- 1-A statement asserting the existence or the truth of something.
This seems to be a highly debated topic in todays modern world... But where exactly is the line, where do you have security and protection from the ever watchful eyes of Big Brother? Are we all Guilty until innocence is PROVEN, or are we Innocent until Guilt is Proven?

The 4th amendment makes reference to EVIDENCE (Probable Cause) of the existence of "something" to be looking for BEFORE the a Search for that particular item, or thing. Not simply Searching For Evidence of wrong doing...

  1. Is a Stereotype Probable Cause?
  2. Probable Cause makes reference to Evidence before the act of a search... Is it legal to "Search" for evidence before any real Probable Cause is sufficient to warrant that particular Search?
  3. Are "Roving Wiretaps" a violation of the 4th amendment. As there is no real Evidence to Data mine or listen in on phone calls on random people?
  4. Are you Guilty until you can PROVE your innocence, or are you Innocent until your Guilt is proven?

3rd Amendment
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be Quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

  • Quartered- Provide housing for (military personnel).
  • Consent- Permission to do something.

  1. In times of Peace, Why would Consent of the Home Owner be mentioned specifically?
  2. In times of War, When Consent of the Home Owner could be ignored, why would a Law prescribe a manner in which troops could forcibly Quarter in your home?

2nd Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

  • Militia~ 1-Civilians trained as soldiers but not part of the regular army. 2- The entire body of physically fit civilians eligible by law for military service.
  • Security~ 1- The state of being free from danger or injury.
  • Keep and Bear~ Retain possession of; Have, Contain or hold; have within.
  • Infringed~ 1- Go against, as of rules and laws. 2- Advance beyond the usual limit.

In the Preamble of the Constitution a POINT was made about our need to Provide for the Common Defense. The American Military is volunteer based. Where a person who chooses to freely enlist for service. In this type of militaristic structure Why is it important for the People to Keep and Bear Arms?

1st Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Key Points

  • Religion- A strong belief in a supernatural power that controls human destiny.
  • Speech- The Act of delivering a formal spoken Communication.
  • Press- Newspaper writers and photographers.
  • Peaceful Assembly- Non-violent or disorderly, public gathering.
  • Petition for redress of grievances- Act of correcting an error or a fault or an evil, A complaint about a (real or imaginary) wrong that causes resentment and is grounds for action.

Religion~ Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Why would it be important to keep Government from making laws respecting an establishment of religion or from prohibiting the free exercise of your chosen religion. Is Freedom of Religion Freedom From Religion? Religion is a personal belief. One retains the personal Liberty to choose what to believe in... In a Free Society being told what to believe in would contradict the Liberty to choose for yourself.

Speech~
Communication by word of mouth. Given enough rope to hang your self, one is responsible for the message of their voice. Verbal expression, words are a means to meaning for those that choose to listen. Once again, Liberty to believe whatever you want to believe... There is a BIG difference between a concept whose truth can be proved (Fact ) and A personal belief or judgment that is not founded on proof or certainty (Opinion). Truth is never afraid of experimentation or questioning. The Point of Scientific Truth is so that no matter who looks at the evidence or preforms an experiment the conclusion is the same regardless of individual perspective or preference. Regardless of a message's Truth or falsity, one's Liberty is to express that message is protected... Thus Debate is Born.

Press~ The gathering and publishing of news in the form of newspapers or magazines is protected, WHY? I think it is because in a society where individual liberty prevails a Person is able to gather information and make a decision on their own. By powers of OBSERVATION one may see the truth or search for the truth and make a decision for themselves. By controlling the media government could control what facts and statistics you could observe, thus quelling your liberty to make your own decision on an issue...

Peaceful Assembly~ A Non-violent or disorderly, public gathering. This kinda ties back to the Freedom of Speech. A Speech is the act of delivering a formal spoken communication to an audience. The Audience in this case is a public gathering listening to the Formal communication. Once again, The Liberty of an individual to make their own decisions by powers of personal observation and an educated hypothesis is prominent. The Important point is a NON VIOLENT ORDERLY gathering.

Petition for redress of grievances~ Why is it important for the people to be allowed to Create a formal message requesting something that is submitted to an authority for the Act of correcting an error or a fault or an evil about an allegation that something imposes an illegal obligation or denies some legal right or causes injustice?

The Preamble is a preliminary introduction to a statute or constitution. (usually explaining its purpose) The United States Constitution now over 200 years old. Two-thirds of the world's constitutions have been adopted since 1970. Only 15 predate WWII. None predates the US Constitution.


The Preamble hits on some important issues that are seemingly timeless. As our society grows in age and new issues are brought into the light, we must look to our roots and be sure to never forget the "why" of these important issues. WE all share this world and this great land, we must never abandon our roots... Justice and Liberty for all!
  1. Why is Justice Important to "Establish"? Justice is the Quality of being just or fair. Free from favoritism or self-interest or bias or deception; or conforming with established standards or rules; Of moral excellence. Justice is important because the rules apply to all equally. None are above the law. She makes the game of life fair for all of us so that None receive Favoritism....
  2. How can one "Insure" Domestic Tranquility? Justice, Freedom, Liberty... Peace and Prosperity. The Difference between Needs and Wants. Everyone NEEDS Food, Water, Shelter... Wants are something that one would "Like" to have... Needs are something that you can not live without. I think that Domestic Tranquility flourishes where the people are Secure, Secure in their Freedom... The People provide for the Government when they work, how does the government repay them when they grow old or fall into a place where they need help simply to Eat, Drink, or find shelter from the cold? Perhaps the Government should help more people to survive, so that those people could help the Government...
  3. Common Defense of What? Freedom isn't free... By definition Free Costs nothing... But the attribute of you being in a state of Freedom requires that you Defend your freedom from those that wish to impose their "Views" upon you. Liberty is your Freedom of choice... The Constitution grants us all with the Freedom and Liberty to Live and Choose...
  4. What is "General Welfare"? Welfare of all of those that are fortunate enough to be a part of the United States. Governmental provision of economic assistance to persons in need. Those in need of fulfilling their NEEDS. (Those Things needed for Survival). We are a Nation United whether we are Divided physically or mentally about issues or not we are all Americans. The General Welfare is simply General Well Being of every Citizen...
  5. How can WE secure the Blessings of Liberty? Security is the state of being free from danger or injury. Liberty is Immunity from arbitrary exercise of authority: political independence and the Freedom of Choice. So how can we make our freedom of choice free from danger or prevent injury to the liberties we cherish. Simply by retaining our Given Rights, and refusing to commit to anything that will ultimately lead to the defecation of those Liberties we share... One may only be secure in Liberty...

So I have been riding my bike a lot lately (*Cough* GAS PRICES!!!)

But Very, Very, VERY Few Businesses have Bike Racks to chain the darn thing too...


In order to Encourage "Green" Behaviors and the Conservation of our Planet and Natural Resources, wouldn't it be a good Idea to encourage Buisnesses to Install bike racks for Customers Riding instead of Driving?

I have a hard time finding SOLID things to chain my property too... Not that anyone in our GREATEST BESTIST SOCIETY  in the World would ~S~T~E~A~L~ something that didn't belong to them................... NO, that is just ludicrous!

But Seriously,

WE NEED MORE BIKE RACKS!!!
