The limits of state's rights is when they infringe on the national good or on individuals rights ... protected under the same amendment.

Too bad Utah doesn't care about individuals' rights or US Supreme Court rulings. Utah government is the sole authority on what the rights of its citizens are. If you don't fit into the status quo ... be prepared for the reprocussions.
