Fine Print: Shady practices for shady businesses...

Fine Print is a breeding ground for misinformation and should be made Illegal for business contracts!

Hiding the Truth within the fine print or a garble of technical language is common practice in todays Business World.  The Hidden truth is that you are getting screwed out of your hard earned money in a metaphorical way. Thieves have moved out of the streets and are now robbing you from behind the cold stone walls of technical Legality...

Companies that can't say it with BIG BOLD LETTERS are probably trying to pull the wool over your eyes and sneak some thing past you. Why would a business attempt to sneak something past your attention if it is good for you. Well they wouldn't  if it wasn't crooked or a sneaky attempt to steal from you in a legal way... Consumers have a right to full disclosure of ALL elements of a business transaction. Disclosing information camouflaged in a cough or whispered under your breath is not acceptable so why is fine print.  Every single meaning / stipulation of a contract should have to be disclosed without  the slightest bit of ambiguity in order to be lawful...

As a Civilized Society we need to Illegalize Fine print!!! Government too often caters to Big Business and continually makes excuses for the blatant pillaging of the Hard working American Consumer!!! Big Business makes Government a lot of Money so there is now way that our government will watch the consumers back!

It is NOW time for the Consumer to watch their own back and demand Business Practice Reform by DEMANDING that Shady Business Practices be placed where they belong, in the Darkened shroud of being AGAINST THE LAW!!!

For about thirty years I wandered, Searching for the real Tao everywhere. How many times did I see the trees Grow new branches and watch The old leaves fall? But at this moment, Seeing the peach blossoms, Suddenly, there are no more doubts. - Huang Shan-ku (1045–1105)
