Home Invasion... Security forever Shattered!!! 
How can our society provide security, for our country, from terrorists if we can't even prevent terror inflicting home invaders?

Your Home is your Castle... Your Fortified sanctuary amid the turbulent chaotic world... That is until multiple armed robbers kick in your front door! The sanctuary or you secure castle forever shattered in a matter of seconds...

There seems to be a lot of home invasions today. People "should"  be secure in their own homes. Society would fight tooth and nail to repel terrorist invaders storming American soil, Why doesn't society do more to fight against the individual's home invader, they use terrorist tactics and force their way upon the homeowners soil...

Home invasions effect all of us, not just those being violated at the time... Invaders threaten the sanctuary and security of everyone's homes in a civilized society! These thugs violate someone, get away with it, then they repeat the process!!! It could have been your neighbor the first time, the next time it could be you! Everyone needs to stand up for themselves, and stand up for your fellow citizens. I take it personally when a crime effects a complete stranger, simply because that easily could have been me or my wife if I had been in the wrong place at the wrong time... We shouldn't have to be afraid that some thug criminal might just decide to take our life away one night just because they feel like it, or feel like taking what we have worked so hard to earn... If we stand together, we could repel terrorist invaders seeking to force control upon our country so too could we repel terror inflicting home invaders!!!

All of those belonging to a civilized society should band together and fight those that threaten the peace and tranquility of our society and stand by those individuals that defend and protect their fellow man from the thug monsters stalking thought the darkness... Most criminals will only act if they "think" they can get away with it, how have we (as a society) let them think they can just violate whomever they feel like? You, me,  neighbors, or even the complete stranger? We are all here together trying to make our way in this chaotic world... Lets start acting like it... Together we can send these criminal thugs a message: It is not that easy, you can't just take what is not yours, you will be brought to justice!!!

Some Questions I have:

  1. What makes people think it is "ok" to kick you door in and storm into your home with weapons drawn to rape or rob or kill you and your family?
  2. Can you LEGALLY protect / defend your family or does the Law protect home invaders?
  3. What force can you LEGALLY repel home invaders with?
  4. What are some extra Security measures you can take to improve security? It seems pointless to lock you door if someone could just decide that if they really want in they could just kick you door down. A unlocked door: some one wants in so they open it and walk through. A Locked door: someone wants in so they try to open it to no avail, so they force it open... So a Locked door only stops those that wouldn't enter anyway or what?
  5. Something needs to be done!!! What can we do to prevent this type of violation from happening to our fellow country men / women? As a civilized society every law abiding citizen needs to watch out for each other... We are Americans... We are United... We are Strong: Life, Liberty and Happiness for all!!!

just a few measures you can take to protect yourself
1. get a dog, it can alert you to a visit.
2. (only if you think you have the ability to use it and you have saught the proper training)educate yourself in firearm use, you are entitled to protect yourself within the confines of your own home.
3. if you can't see who's at the door then don't open it, use mirrors and porch lights if you don't have a spy hole.
4. reinforce dead bolts and chains with metal plates in the door and the jam, it takes longer to kick through which gives you time to inform authorities.
5. organize a petition to label gang activities as domestic terrorism, ask for legislation for extreme punishments for these activities(its time to get tough or get beaten)

the people involved in these activities have no regard for anything. if its a fist fight they don't stop until your burger, why should i not use the same ferocity to defend myself. its never one on one anymore. these pansies aren't capable of it. when faced with this kind of problem i say make them wish they never met you and will do everything it takes to avoid you.

The key words are "I was in fear for mine and/or my families lives."
With those key words you could even shoot through the door they are actively trying to break down.

Don't believe the garbage about "Dragging the body into your house to avoid legal prosecution" that's an old wives tale out of california.. the law is written to protect you and other law abiding citizens as long as "You feared for yours or someone elses life." That goes for anyone and anywhere.. not just your home.

The only way to stop home invasions or other violent crimes is when Fox13 has news reports every night saying "Two Home Invaders were killed today by a home owner.. Police say shooting was totally justified."
Pretty soon criminals will get it through their thick skulls that we're not laying down any more.. you want this car? You want this wallet? You want my big screen? It may cost you your life.. are you ready to pay?

I would like to take the stance that not every criminal is a thug or someone that is out to take away that which we have. I want to know what drives these people to this kind of situation. I think that just because we get the right to violently defend ourselves in our homes doesn't mean that there isn't going to be people that aren't going to try anyway and if they don't invade our homes then more then likely they will only find other ways to steal from us. Maybe the other ways can end up being more intrusive.

Why can't we find out what is driving these people to this? Is it drugs? Poverty? Education? Perhaps these people need our help. Shoudn't we be looking to do more for the people that are driven to this kind of desperation?

I am certainly not saying that once our family is in danger we should not defend ourselves in the most effective manner available to us, but I think that if we can take away the driving force of criminals then perhaps we would never have to find ourselves in that kind of situation.

and breakdown comes along with the worn out tired liberal mantra "maybe we should help these people" bit. hey, you are responsible for yourself and your life. i'll help if a person is handicapped or disabled, but in all reality, how many of these THUGS are disabled?? start putting bullets in these bastages and the majority will quit with their BS. as far as gangbangers, yes, let's declare them as terrorist organizations. then we can send the sorry SOBs to gitmo and throw away the keys!!

we choose the life we lead. the consequences of what we do must be understood. if you are willing to enter my house and take from me, understand i may take your life. if you choose to sell drugs, understand the legal ramifications. if killing becomes entertainment expect no mercy. if you think its easier to intimidate, violate, kill, and steal, don't cry about the situation you are in. i know right from wrong, we all know or have an idea of the same, play the game and you deserve what comes your way.

It all depends on how shallow their moral value pool is. Everyone has a depth in that pool that changes things from wrong to right depending on the situation.
I just hate when the people go after people w/ less than they have and making lifes harder on those people (AKA... the lady employed by DWS that stole Identities from several families that were on state assistance)

gun control, my gun my control. if outlaw guns only outlaws will have guns. cod, the tcg members that recently robed and murdered where legal. maybe(being sarcastic) we should really just call it and say 'its the white folks that don't do this stuff, we're here legally' i wonder if the suspects they have arrested are legally here, if so maybe you should retract your little comment.
moto, they still know its wrong, its their integrity in question. hold them accountable and let the punishment fit the crime, enough with the plea bargains for the sake of solving old crimes, nail them hard for the ones you can prove.

I don't know the whether or not the fact of the percentage of home invasions are committed by illegal alien is true but if it were true it would only prove the fact that our country's inability to properly deal with the immigration issue has pushed these people into increasingly desperate situations.

In addition if a young person that was brought to this country very young by his parents and finds that he his illegal (and there for unable to really get a job, drive or pursue a career) in the only country he has ever known might cause him to rebel against it and he might harbor hatred against all those that are legal. A youth that finds himself that they country that he grew up in might look for solace in gangs and the like.

if they busted into my house and were armed i wouldn't hesitate to shoot them. I wouldn't shoot to kill but i'd shoot to hurt them bad enough that they wouldn't ever break in to my house again.
