When I saw the story about the family in Utah County whose son had ingested AquaDots, my first question was "What was a 15-month-old doing playing with them?"

I feel for the family since they could have lost their child, but I'm not even a parent and I know that you do not give small children toys that will fit in their mouth. Kids are notorious for putting things in their mouth! That's like giving the kid Legos to play with that he could very well choke on. Am I wrong here? If so, please tell me.
