I have a young cat here.  And I am the only one to have picked him up and pet him.  He is afraid of people.

What I would like to know is how he got that way?

God did not give us a spirit of fear!  That is a learned behavior.

At this point I am preferring the animals.

This is going to be my last blog for a little while.

But then if that changes, it's because I felt spiritually directed to do so not because I am a liar.  I don't want a leader who can't change his mind in the proper situation.

First let me start by saying, it is not easy for me to type because three fingers on my left hand are paralysed.  But I feel I need to push through it anyway.  So if you are looking for misspelling and bad grammar just read my blogs.

I really don't feel that perfection is the point here.

You campfire champs that never get to far away from the campfire.  You most likely won't learn that much.  But those of you who have ventured into a little bit of nature know that it is very safe around the campfire but you don't get to experience much of life.

My martial arts master said "if you want to learn to fight tough people you fight tough people".  I don't want to fight at all, that is for defense only!

In the past I've taken a bit of crap from certain people who have not received the gift of understanding.  As well as respect and here is a new one patience!

Elvis Costello said "every day I write the book"  well that can't be truer today than it has ever been.  You personally set yourself up by the words of your own mouth.  They are alive.

Let me give you a little warning ahead of time.

Don't say or predict anything that you don't want to happen to you and yours.

Someone once said to me his sons have been through more than I have. Without even knowing what I've been through.  And I wouldn't wish that on anybody.  You really should not have brought it down on your sons.  They will be affected by the words of your mouth, your seed.

You can look around and see the actions of people today, hear the News, maybe even get road rage yourself?  All of the injustice in the world is disgusting and you wonder why God lets it go on?

We have been given free will.  It is not God doing it.  It is us!  Don't do anything about it?  Don't want to get involved?  Fear?

I hope the correct people realize they are part of the problem and not the solution.  Before it is too late.  That is not a christian guilt trip.  We are in trouble folks.  Spiritually as well as economically and directionally.

I do not tithe at the moment, this is going to sound very arrogant but I don't know of anyone truthfully who can teach me what I don't already know, that is pertinent anyway.  And that is the basis for new testament tithing, you share your carnal things with the one who teaches you spiritual things.  Could I find such a teacher in SLC, I would tithe a traditional 10% only if the teacher was waving his or her tax exemption.  I feel the church should pay it's own way.

How do you feel about the church getting a free ride building more and more temples all the time tax exempt, in the face of the current economic crisis?

I found out something interesting to me.  Now I will be the first to admit I know next to nothing about this subject.  But when I heard on the Hist Chan that there were free black slave owners I was a bit confused.  This to me means it was more of an economic status than a race issue.  Though it turned into one.  Hatred from black men for enslaving Africa?  Still and always has been an economic issue?  Someone that is qualified help me out here please.

I'm 56 this Nov.  I've seen my country go through a lot of changes.  I personally while being a guitar player song writer for 38 of those years.  I supported my music by becoming an optician, graduated top of my class, went on to manage 5 Dr.' offices and one super store.  Before my forced retirement.

I'm the street version of House.  I have sciatic palsy.  The limp and the pain just a little different medication I've been taking for 35 yrs.  My point

I hear a lot of angry young people on this site and I think a lot of them haven't been through or done enough to be that angry.

But I am personally unhappy when I get cursed at and told what it is like by some kid.  Not that young people don't have valid contribution.  The name calling and stuff I can do without.
