I think if I were them I'd keep that to myself.

Had a notice on my door today the water was to be shut off dur 9--4  for oh a 2hr. period.

It's 8.24pm ....no water.

South Salt lake get it together.  I walked down to the construction site.  There was one person using a suction hose and no one else.  They said there were more workers but I didn't see them.  Water is a necessary thing, why one worker?  For so many people inconvenienced.

Apparently they broke a part of the pipe during this mornings raid of no water.

And we all get to pay for it now ,  in my neighborhood.

It is necessary but to set people up for scrutiny is wrong!

speaking of freedom of speech.  I find it interesting that fox 13 new only gives you the underlying story and when I turn to the other news channels I get details.  No one knows how to properly work the crawl.  Or spell or even know the date or time from time to time.  And then budda their destruction machine with no manners.  Personality is going to get it.

Maybe you'll grow up during your new 5 O'clock addition.

We call it poor economic times.  But what is it really?

An example

It cost a Dr. maybe $7 from the lab to put lenses in your frame (which they sell you for standard practice about 31/2 times it's cost) then charge you what, $55 for the lenses, then add scratch coat and uv protection (which a lot of lenses come automatically with).  This is the problem.  In almost every aspect of business.

How much did you pay for your glasses?  And apparently it has become necessary to take advantage.

I don't know how long people have been telling me I am wrong about the landlords being responsible for a lot of the homeless pet problem.  Finally fox runs a crawl on the news that the housing market has overflowed animal shelters and the new places these displaced people have to live won't allow pets!

SOMEONE AT FOX FINALLY GET THE GUTS TO CHALLENGE THE REAL PROBLEM...

The real estate industry.  There are a few landlords who will take a chance on a pet with a high deposit and a monthly fee.

When you call them for help they say they are full up.

They act like I got the cat pregnant or something.

And they had the audacity to tell me there is an over population right now.  As if I didn't know that.

I use to give to the ASPCA.  Now I try and help locally

Can you tell me?  What's the point?  Of trying to help when you just get denied.

Nineveh:  I know you were kidding when you said that the change in the Colorado school system wasn't fair.

It's so fair and about time that we started viewing children as individuals with individual needs.  This idea of prodding everyone through the school system at the same time whether they are ready or not is barbaric.

The smarter kids get done early which is an incentive to do good!  The slower kids take more time and perhaps special attention.  And in this situation we will find out if they have learning disorders.  A lot of school children do.  But we can not herd them through the system not knowing how to retain what they read.  If they will even bother.  I didn't.  I hope Utah isn't doing what Calif. did to me.
