  Hi everyone. it's been a while since i've posted a blog, so I apaligise.

  The question I have is if you get in trouble with the law, with what the jugde sentences you to what ever term of jail time and/or probation, depending on the charge, can they extend it? Meaning lets say you have to do 36 months of probation, can the jugde extend that buy law, even if you have done all the things the jugde has asked you to do, with no violations? I ask this cuz I know of someone who's kind of in a situation simuler to this. Can't go into details, lets just say that come this month, it'll be 36 months since they wher sentenced to serve that long on probation. It's called their "legislative date". It's driving them nuts. I tell them and their "DEFENSE ATTY" has toled them that what ever day it says you get off probation, that's the day you get off. Their P.O. hasn't realy said if they need to go to cort to have a Jugde signe off on it as well. So ya. If anyone has any coments about this, or has any idea about how the laws work, let me know. I'm curios.

HANDBAGS... I never gave it a thought. Who would have thought?

 Have you ever noticed gals who sit their handbags on public toilet floors - then go directly to their dining tables and set it on the table? Happens a lot! It's not always the 'restaurant food' that causes stomach distress. Sometimes "what you don't know 'will' hurt you"! Read on... Mom got so upset when guests came in the door and plopped their handbags down on the counter where she was cooking or setting up food. She always said that handbags are really dirty, because of where they have been. Smart Mom!!!

It's something just about every woman carries with them. While we may know what's inside our handbags, do you have any idea what's on the outside? Shauna Lake put handbags to the test - for bacteria - with surprising results. You may think twice about where you put your handbag. Women carry handbags everywhere; from the office to public toilets to the floor of the car. Most women won't be caught without their handbags, but did you ever stop to think about where your handbag goes during the day?

"I drive a school bus, so my handbag has been on the floor of the bus a lot," says one woman. "On the floor of my car, and in toilets." "I put my handbag in grocery shopping carts, on the floor of the toilet while changing a nappy," says another woman "and of course in my home which should be clean."

We decided to find out if handbags harbor a lot of bacteria. We learned how to test them at Nelson Laboratories in Salt Lake, and then we set out to test the average woman's handbag. Most women told us they didn't stop to think about what was on the bottom of their handbag. Most said at home they usually set their handbags on top of kitchen tables and counters where food is prepared. Most of the ladies we talked to told us they wouldn't be surprised if their handbags were at least a little bit dirty.

It turns out handbags are so surprisingly dirty, even the microbiologist who tested them was shocked. Microbiologist Amy Karen of Nelson Labs says nearly all of the handbags tested were not only high in bacteria, but high in harmful kinds of bacteria. Pseudomonas can cause eye infections, staphylococcus aurous can cause serious skin infections, and salmonella and e-coli found on the handbags could make people very sick. In one sampling, four of five handbags tested positive for salmonella, and that's not the worst of it. "There is fecal contamination on the handbags," says Amy. Leather or vinyl handbags tended to be cleaner than cloth handbags, and lifestyle seemed to play a role.

People with kids tended to have dirtier handbags than those without, with one exception. The handbag of one single woman who frequented nightclubs had one of the worst contaminations of all. "Some type of feces, or possibly vomit" says Amy. So the moral of this story - your handbag won't kill you, but it does have the potential to make you very sick if you keep it on places where you eat. Use hooks to hang your handbag at home and in toilets, and don't put it on your desk, a restaurant table, or on your kitchen countertop. Experts say you should think of your handbag the same way you would a pair of shoes. "If you think about putting a pair of shoes onto your countertops, that's the same thing you're doing when you put your handbag on the countertops" - your handbag has gone where individuals before you have sneezed, coughed, spat, urinated, emptied bowels, etc! Do you really want to bring that home with you? The microbiologists at Nelson also said cleaning a handbag will help. Wash cloth handbags and use leather cleaner to clean the bottom of Leather handbags.

WOW, This is amazing. Here is just a short list of examples of Whole Food Signatures.

     Lasnite at the dopot, our vey oun local bands "Band of Annuals" and "The Brobecks" put on what I think was a realy good show. The Band of Annuals who played country tipe music wher the opening band for the Brobecks. It was anownced that this was the first time for the Annuals to play ther. I've never herd of them befor, but I give them a thums up for their performance. Then after a breff intermition, The Brobecks came on stage. For thoughs who don't know who they are, they wher the winners of the X96 Live and Local contest. You can hear their song 2nd Boys Will Be First Choice played on the radio. You can also find them on Mysace.  They sound pritty good live, I was realy impresed. The whole concert was I think realy worth going to. The Brobecks are going to be playing their again this friday for thoughs who want to see them live and show your suport. I'm not sponcering them if your wondering, just trying to spread the word of a talinted band that can put on a good clean show.

      Just so you know,The Depot is 21 and older, but like lasnite, they do some times let under 21 in, AKA over 18. If you wher under 21, you didn't get a wristband. The wristband could let you go upstares into the bar. I my self am over 21 so i got a wrist band, but didn't drink. When it comes to drinking, I prefer water, soda or milk. Chocolat milk to. MMMMMMMM.............. :-) The Depot, the way the layout was, reminded me of Club DV8. But biger. Much biger.

      Why are people so dumb behind the wheal? Not that i'm saying that all are like that, I mean thoughs who can't park in a stall rite, drive the wrong way on a oneway street, parking lot, exe, or just don't pay attention whille driving.  Earlyer today as I was leaving a Chuck-O-Rama, someone who disided to park rite next too me that wasin't their when I got their, backed in so they could drive out, wasn't even in the stall rite-the parking stalls are at an angle, not straite-, I couldint back out with scraping my back bumper. Ther car not efected at all, ther car was already beat up. I now have a nice skrach on my back pasinger side bumper. On the way home, somone who dodn't want to wate at the light, ran it I almost hiting them. Then in Fashin Place Mall, and my wifes work, the stalles being at an angle, so only you can go one way, people diside to drive the wrong way and,get this, get mad at me cuz I'm giving then a look like " K? what are you doing?". They start yeling at me saying 'I know im going the wring way!" If you don't want people giting mad at you, don't go the wrong way. It's not that hard. Like Iv'e said befor, I drive for a living. Thoughs who drive like idiots delibretly, don't get cought. But thoughs who make one mistake, cuz it happends too all of us, get sited. You see a police Officer pull someone over for not using their blinker to turn, but don't see ones cuting off drivers, not stoping for padestrians / yelding too them, speeding, the list gose on. Ether some need to go back to school to learn how to drive, or just use comin sence. You mite have a fast car, but that dosin't mean you have to drive like a maniak! Going almost 100 MPR in a construction zone, ON THE FREEWAY LIKE I_80, and flash your lites cuz you want to pass someone up,can't, then start honking your horn. Then giving them the look of death as you pass them. And you wonder why you get puled over...! If anything, you mite think you have a fancy, fast, suped up car and think you're all that, don't flater your self. Noone's impresed. I my self am content with having a car that can get me to point A, to point Z. Isn't that why cars wher made, to get us places we need to go? Not to show off and show how much money we can wast on? Driving laws wher made. They apply TO ALL! 

 I'm just venting on the subject. But it's true, their are some realy stuped drivers out their. One's that shouldn't be behind the wheal.

   Well, the end of  the month is hear. How has your year been going for ya so far? Some will say it was "good", maby "ok", or "horable!" I realy can't say for my self. To early. But I'll give it a try.......eeah. It's been alrite I guess. It's funny how at the begining of every newyear, we start a whole bunch of newyears resolutions witch when comes the end of the year, how many have we kept? My point exactly. This blog might not make much sence, or, dose it? It's still early in the year, make it worthet. Just know that after this year is over, thats one less year for you to get stuff done. You can't get last year back, or the one after that. How long do you have left? No one knows, not even you. Just food for thought.

   Today as I went to work, the fealing in the air was the kinda fealing you get during spring time, or in the end part of March. It felt good to put it simply. The day started out grait as it could be for a monday, and towads 10:00 am or so, the wind picked up, the sky got black,and it started to snow. I'm a river for a audo body paint supplyer. The day I don't bring my gloves and beenie ( head warmer that gose over your head for thoughs who don't know what that is) it gets cold very fast. I have to lode my truck up out side witch is ok, but when it's snowing and very cold and windy, it kinda sucks. Anyway, after trying to lode up for normal deliverys for that morning,and trying to cover the truck bed with a tarp witch was a pain, I left. I had just gottin done with my last delivery, I called the stor to see if I needed to go to the werhouse  to pick up anything from willcall. So as I was in the prosses of trying to drive (just to let you know, the wether hd gotten realy bad now mind you) Traffic is moving realy slow, I tryed to make a lain change, another car on the left of me about 7 car lengths ahead started to slow down. A.K.A. ther tail lights toled me thay put on their brakes, I couldin't slow down and he couldin't speed up. We hit, or I hit thim.Their car had no damage that I could see, but my truck, the hood got pushed back, bent, and the grill cracked. The cops on the phone said  " with how bad it was out their, just exchange info and go from their". So I did and we went on are ways. So, on my way again to the werhouse! Rite now I'm fealing kinda shaken up, I miss my exit cuz my truck dosn't want to turn it's so iceie,  so I diside to get off on the next exit. As i'm in the exit lain, someone again-on my left-passes me up then starts to slide driver side facing forwards, hits the snow bank and I can't avoid him and endup hitting his back pasinger side corner and spun him around facing the wrong way. So I then have to exchange info again! Now I'm just pissed off. I made it to the werhouse and headed back to the stor. After talking to my bosses who wher glad to know that I was ok, felt that becose of what had happend, they felt that it would be best if I went home to relax my nerves and theirs. so I did .

     As the years go by, more and more i'm thinking winter is becoming to be my leased favorit seson. I don't know. I've never been in a car accsident befor, so after this insodint, I'm kinda worried. I wont loose my job, It's just ging to cost alot of money to fix the truck. $2000-3000.00 worth of damage. The owner I know personaly, but of corse he isn't happy about it. I'm fine for now, thankfully. I just hope tomorow is better. No one was hurt in the above eventes just so you know. It was just a bad day for not only me, but others who incounterd the same kinda troble out on the rodes. Just a reminder to slow down, take your time, and keep a good distaince from you and the other drivers. Stay safe out their. I know I'll try and do beter. LOL. But serios!

     It's hard to hear the passing of the later day Prophet Gorden Hinkely, but at the same time, a time of joy knowing that he is now home with our Father in heven, and his wife who had pased back in 2004. I my self am LDS and have been all my life. I may not show it as much as i should, but whos to say that i'm perfict. He was a very wonderfull person and inteligent humen being. He had a love for others you don't see very much now days, that and I love how he admierd the youth of this Church. He had so much respeced and love for everyone, young and old. he will be missed by all who new him in the community. He is an example of a true lover of his God and all in the community, non Christien and christen alike.
